Review of Tron (1982) by Jonathan A — 28 Jul 2012
I never viewed this film as the classic it was dubbed as being, but it's still an enjoyable watch. The thing that holds the film back for me personally is that the technology just didn't feel like it was exactly THERE at that point in time.
Sure some scenes are trippy to watch, but a lot of them just look... odd. Like I mentioned before, the effects just weren't there at the time and the film takes a hit because of that.
