Trolls is pretty much what you'd expect from a animated film about plastic figurines with crazy colored hair. Like the toys, it's audience is geared almost exclusively towards children with cringe worthy jokes and a sugary sweet (if not a bit dark) plot line.

With movies like the ones Pixar and Disney put out that are enjoyable for both parents and kids alike to see, other children's movies have to really step up to the plate. However, the music was catchy and sweetly enjoyable.
