Review of Troll (1986) by Alex R — 05 Aug 2010
A bizarre blend of fantasy and horror that I loved and was a little disturbed by as a child. Now, the film is just a cheesy piece of fun fantastic/horror cinema that features a surprisingly famous group of actors and actresses (June Lockhart, Sonny Bono, Julia-Louis Dreyfus) in a weird tale of a troll who has survived into modern times and transforms people in order to resurrect his trollish brethren and gain access into our universe.
Pure, comedic, cheeseball, horror fun that could only have been made in the 80s.
