Review of Troll (1986) by Senor C — 17 Sep 2011
Jesus Christ..I thought the Leprechaun movies were bad. They're fucking brilliant compared to Troll. This is about on a par w/ Ghoulies. These muppets look like they crawled out of a piece of Jim Henson's shit & a script that was written on some of his toilet paper.
The only reason I don't give it a lower rating is I plan on watching Troll 2 & I hear that it's one of the worst movies ever. Now granted this isn't one of the worst movies Ive ever seen but it sure did make me sober up quick last night.
Best thing about it is you got to see Sonny Bono meet his ends. I wish he had actually gone this way instead of in a skiing accident. It would have seemed more appropriate..& I bet JK Rowling ripped off the Harry Potter name from this movie.
