Review of Trishna (2011) by Marti G — 07 Sep 2012
This film is based on Thomas Hardy's Tess of the D'Urbervilles, so a wise viewer knows going in that there will be a tragic ending. But Freida Pinto as the title character in this beautifully shot India-based film is an absolute wonder.
I want to see more and more of her. Keep giving her acting jobs, directors and producers.
