Remember 'Skippy' from 'Family Ties?' Well, he is the real star of this. Ozzy - appearing on the box(!) - only has a brief cameo; one of three such that I am aware of (the other two being 'Little Nicky' and 'Goldmember').
Good 80's camp horror.
