Trespass has a lifeless performance from Nicolas Cage, a terrible script, horrible editing, and one of the most abrupt endings I have ever seen. Nicole Kidman is the diamond in the rough here, and it's a shame she signed on for cheap thriller fluff like this.
If you want a solid home invasion flick, I point you towards Panic Room or The Last House on the Left.
