Way better than the third....It's a prequal...and it helps explain a lot...it also helps that you already know the "rules" that apply to graqboids Dirt Dragons in this movie...And since the viewer already knows the "rules" its fun to watch the characters try to figure them out.

..i also liked the "Old Fred" gag they did in this one...a good callback tom the first film.
