Review of Tremors 4: The Legend Begins (2004) by Alan W — 03 May 2008
Although the idea of putting people living in the 19th century up against monsters that were troublesome for even 20th century technology, this film was severly lacking in ingenuity. The plot was driven more by sappy stories about the characters and lacked any sense of horror.
Even the comedy was lack-lustre at best. Not surprisingly the worst of the four, but I suppose not a total loss if you're a big fan of the other three. After all, there is Michael Gross playing a role almost completely opposite to his character in the previous films, which provided most of the limited humor.
