Review of Tremors 3: Back to Perfection (2001) by Jesse D — 15 Jan 2012
So far, Tremors and Tremors 2 have been two of my favorite films but now Tremors has become a franchise. Tremors 3 is about Burt Gummer who got back from a Graboid hunt in South America. He eventually discovers that Graboids are back in Perfection.
But government officials try to keep them from killing off the Graboids. So they must capture a live Graboid but after the shrieker stage the Graboid cycle ends with the most dangerous of the species.
Tremors 3 is probably my least favorite of the franchise but it's still a good movie. I like Michael Gross's performance to. A few flaws is that the shriekers have little screen time all you see is their shadows and peeled off skin, also I found the part where Burt gets swallowed (By the way that's not a spoiler it happens halfway through the film) really pointless because he ends up surviving.
In spite of its flaws it is still an amazing movie and I recommend you watch it.
