Kevin Bacon and Fred Ward we're both perfect for their roles. The interaction between these two characters is great fun along with a good supporting cast all with their unique little quirks. For a monster movie, this one does everything right and it's always fun to take a trip out to the small desert town once in a while by popping in this movie.
