Review of Travellers (2011) by Bill Boardstar S — 13 Feb 2018
I came across this film on prime thinking it would be a light-hearted film about a group of young lads on motorbikes seeking a meaningful journey toward 'finding themselves' (since it features Charlie Boorman and his love for bikes), but it was far from it.
Although, I simply cannot understand why this film was so badly reviewed and rated. If you're looking for something British and gritty, then you'll see that this is the best thing since lock, stock, fish tank and nil by mouth.
I think they pulled it off quite well, working with a low budget. The script may have needed a bit of tweaking, but overall I would rate this 5 star. It's a must-see. CAUTiON for the ladies; it's not a film for the faint-hearted.
