I saw this film a while back and wished that I could take those hours of my life back. I quite like psycho-thrillers, but only when I like the characters. I refuse to spoil any parts of the movie here, but by the end I hated Colin Firth's character.
Had I not been on the verge of falling asleep, I would have been throwing things at the screen. This film's slow unravelling of the main character seemed plodding to me, rather than suspenseful. Avoid this movie.
