Review of TransSiberian (2008) by The S — 06 Jan 2011
Not sure what the Russian tourist board would make of this movie but the thoughts "don't go to Russia" and "don't talk to strangers, especially in Russia" were fixed firmly in my mind by the end of it.
It's an exciting and uncompromising train ride (sigh) of a film which features excellent performances from a strong cast and some really great scenery but I think this is the only type of transsiberian I'll be contemplating for a while - at least until I've recovered from this one.
Recommended.
