Review of TransSiberian (2008) by Konrad R — 03 Feb 2011
I really thought this was going to suck...a lot. Fortunately, it only sucked a little. It kept changing gears from tedious to compelling to suspenseful and then back to tedious again. What saved it for me was Kate Mara, even though she wasn't in it much, and a decent ending.
Plus, I like movies where they speak a lot of Russian because then I can pick out/remember words and phrases I know. Silly, but true.
