All transporter shows are quite watchable - the formula works. There's no real surprises - fast cars, fancy n on one fighting - jason statham showing off his six-pack, the obligatory love interest come as the package.
you know what to expect, and they don't disappoint. In summary - not fabulous, but not bad.
