Review of Transformers: Dark of the Moon (2011) by Avneesh M — 27 Jun 2014
While franchises normally tend to hit a big low with the third outing, I thought this was a huge improvement over the second and almost as good as the first. While there's definitely plot holes and alot of things that just conveniently happen, the writer's have made a good effort to come up with a storyline that is engrossing and more than just an excuse for the action sequences.
Talking about the action sequences, their probably the best of the bunch with grand scale, good choreography and high stakes. Despite its bloated running time, I found myself entertained throughout and was only disappointed with the super convenient ending.
3D was used very well too and added to the overall experience.
