Sure its improvement over the second one..sure..but thats not really saying much..its still has the same over-the-top, goofy cartoony performance by Shia Labeouf and over-the-top action scenes which is cool but for a moment.
.and after awhile I lost track of what the hell is going on in this movie..(sigh) its a over-the-top mess.
