Review of Transformers (2007) by Jaredb. — 03 Jan 2008
Growing up, I loved the "Transformers" cartoons. So, when the theatres started showing trailers for this film, I got very excited. After all, what guy doesn't want to see a movie where robots kick each other's butts? The dialogue was a bit on the chessy side, but, come on, who goes to see a summer action flick and expects Shakespeare-level dialogue? The visual effects in this movie were amazing.
Shia LaBeouf gives the best performance of his career, but, that's not saying much. The rest of the cast are absolutely perfect.
