Transformers is the exact definition of high-octane action spectacle. It brings a visual flare and a hyperactive speed that is impossible to ignore. It may be low on character development and intelligent ideas (like all Michael Bay movies), but if you just watch for it's ambitious goals, there's no denying it's destructive joyfulness.
