Review of Transcendence (2014) by Kuehnau — 15 Aug 2014

A interesting concept on technology and computer AI as well as humanity as a whole, it had an interesting ending.

Unfortunately, that doesn't really save this movie, it's incredibly slow paced and in some spots overly preachy on topics it attempts to reinforce. Many times I found myself wishing it'd hurry up.

Johnny Depp doesn't really do a good job playing the role of his character and most of the other actors fall a little flat.

Watchable, but in the end not something I'd want to watch again.
