Not 19%, for sure. Yes, Depp was a terrible choice to play a multidimensional character (he has trouble with 2-dimensions), and yes, the ambitions of the tale fell short. But the remaining cast was good; the story was thought-provoking; the direction was not distracting.
Those who rate this low may have difficulty with any sci-fi movie or others requiring a willing suspension of disbelief. And who thinks that this premise is truly far-fetched, with technology advancing at the rate it is?
