Review of Transamerica (2005) by Cat W — 23 Jul 2008

I was drawn to this movie due partially to its critical acclaim but due mostly to the subject matter and its characters. I am a strong supporter of broad and blind civil rights, it is important that we all do what makes us happy and that it helps to have the support of loved ones.

The relationship between Bree and Toby is rich enough to keep any sexual psychologist busy and would certainly interest Dr. Freud. I appreciated the journey the two characters took, and the car trip was interesting too.
