Very moving, tender and sweet story about a transsexual woman (Felicity Huffman does an amazing job in that role) about to undergo final surgery when she finds out she had a son from a brief encounter she had as a biological male from her college years.
Bree (Felicity Huffman) after bailing her son out of jail the two set out on a cross-country journey riddled with road bumps.
A pleasure to watch and a gem! Highly recommended and the theme song - Travelin Thru by Dolly Parton is excellent! Bree, you can be my friend anytime! What a lovely and smart character! She will win you over.
