The single most memorable and distinctive scene has to be Felicity Huffman and her penis. What? She is a male..er..noâ¦yesâ¦er⦠whatever. One thing for sure. It is impossible not to love her after this movie. Her acting style is so neat and natural. As far as a drag goes, Felicity Huffman wins John Travolta (in Hair) with hands down.
Transamerica treads on an unusual theme. It celebrates the creativity of screenwriters who write outside the box and the courage of movie makers who realize it on screen. However, this road trip is a little boring in the middle part. On the whole, it is worthy for the price of a ticket.
