Review of Trance (2013) by Xlyophone199 — 05 May 2021
One of the best movie of the year.
This movie is like a David Fincher flick directed by Danny Boyle, I was so into it from the beginning till the end. The story is great, although the screenplay ( the way the movie unfolds might be a tiny bit confusing)is good, and for me it made me more interested in what is going to come. That is where this movie excel, the need to discover what happened to the protagonist (an amazing James McAvoy as Simon). The story is about a painting misplaced by Simon and he owes money to Franck (vincent cassel) who wanted the painting. Before I spoil it for you guys you should watch it the first chance you get. And one more thing, This movie marks an uprising for Rosario Dawson. This is the best role of her career, and she gave her best to it. One of the best movies I have seen this year.
