Trance starts with an interesting premise, exciting fast paced action then quickly lives up to it's title & sends you to sleep. I wish the music was more trancy, with cutoff synthesizers to coincide with the title of the film & more faster paced but alas no.
With its usual comedic halfwit gangsters that actually seem quite friendly after they have enjoyed ripping off fingernails & ludicrous relationships, this ends up an average film from Boyle that could have been so much better.
