A rather predictable plot but give the writer props for trying to show the sympathetic understanding of the 'bad guys'. Don Cheadle gives his usual strong performance. Nice to see Jeff Daniels getting work, even if his character was flat and stupid. Probably only appealing to people who've closely followed the war on terror and have heard the highlights of the 9/11 commission report.
If you want a better movie about terrorist cells go watch denzel and bruce willis in 'The Seige'. It was made pre 9-11 which gives it a more universal quality. and scarily prophetic.
