Review of Traitor (2008) by Drew M — 10 Jun 2009
Sure, by now your probably getting tired of the whole middle-east terrorist hunt thing that hollywood has continued to ram down our throats with (thankfully) little success. While the basic premise remains the same, this film offers a deeper and more accurate look at the command branches of a terrorist cell, but more importantly offers thought provoking moments on the meanings and mechanisms of faith and religion (no they are not the same thing.
) A well rounded, often intense thriller with vibrant yet subtle performances by Don Cheadlestix, Guy Pearce my nipples with an ice-pick and What did you say -- I Said Taghmaoui. Well worth a look.
