Review of Trainspotting (1996) by Meredith W — 09 Dec 2012
An edgy film that became a cultural phenomenon due to the 'right time right place' effect as much as Danny Boyle's vision. Despite its confrontational look at the Scottish drug scene, it is worthwhile due largely to Ewan McGreggor's performance as heroin addict Renton.
