Review of Trainspotting (1996) by Shane H — 18 Jan 2015
I. Have. The. Worst. Time. Understanding. Scottish. Accents.
With that being said, I really liked Trainspotters. (Even though it kinda felt like a rip-off Reservoir Dogs.) Characters all had their unique personalities, which helped keep my short attention span trained on the tube and not my telly. Ewan McGregors was outstanding. I was only able to interrupt maybe 3/4 the dialog..so I'm docking 1/2 a star for making me focus too hard on each and every word that was spoken, thus not being able to follow along with the conversations because confusion. The ending was pretty great. Uhmmm yeah thats all I've got. I'm hungover and it's time to fire up the griddle and make some eggs. Cheers!
