Review of Trainspotting (1996) by Kevin C — 11 Dec 2012
Fantastic film. It can only loosely be construed as a "comedy", but that's what you get with dark comedies, it seems. The movie deals with the horrendous world of addiction, and the compounding effects that poverty can have on this world. I would almost consider it a must-view for anyone who wishes to understand the plight of the urban ghettos, as well as the young and vulnerable generations across the globe.
Oh, and the score is quite good.
