Review of Trainspotting (1996) by Colin Y — 08 Feb 2015
This is literally my favorite film of all time. It is totally different to any other film I have seen, because it present the humanity of addiction in such a stone-faced manner; there is none of the bias and the "don't do drugs" bullshit, but focuses on the lifestyle and changing mindsets of the addicts themselves.
Along with the subtle humor and truly masterful soundtrack, I think this stands to be one of the best films of our lifetime. Hell, this is better than the Wolf of Wall Street!
