Review of Trainspotting (1996) by Edgar C — 31 Dec 2012
Boyle accepts the audiences' sensibility (unlike Aronofsky) and brilliantly mixes joy and comedy with the reality hidden behind a narcotic and hallucinogenic hell. Superb modern cult classic, expertly written, frenetically edited, and with unforgettable characters and an epic soundtrack.
97/100.
