Review of Trainspotting (1996) by Josh R — 18 Oct 2017
The film is about Four friends, who are all heroin addicts that live in Scotland,It shows their lives and what they get up to which is mostly crime related and heroin is key in most scenes.Until one of the friends from the group decided to change his life and come off heroin he moves down to London and gets his own flat and a job,one day his friends come down to his flat and move in with him as they tell him about a big chance to get money fast as one of them acquired a load of heroin to sell where it ends up going wrong.
Overall I thought the film was an interesting film, it has great colours, nice closeups, the pacing is also very nice. The film has a contrast between humour and the realistic dark side of drugs making it more entertaining and not as dark as drug movies tend to be. On the other hand, they really should be dark to promote that drugs are bad mmkay.
