Review of Training Day (2001) by Grover S — 15 Aug 2010
Training Day was a great cop thriller, at the beginning it wasn't obvious whether Alonzo was trying to teach Jake the ways of the street or whether he was a cop who'd pushed the boundaries that little bit too far.
There was action throughout and it was very gritty, Washington and Hawke worked well together in their roles.
