Review of Trading Places (1983) by Kerry C — 24 Feb 2013

I guess it can be really funny at times, but the overall plot of the movie pisses me off: two old white, rich dudes ruining peoples lives just so they can bet on it? And in present day, knowing they actually do this with the stock market and make people suffer, just the idea erks me so.

Murphy and Aykroyd are fantastic, and the ending at least made me feel good. And yes, this is the film that Jamie Lee Curtis shows off her rack in!
