Review of Trading Places (1983) by Connor A — 28 Jan 2014
Trading Places is one of those very few comedy films that appeals to both sides of the film going public. The Landis-born one-liners indicative of the 80's comedy genre satisfies those who just seek an easily amused laugh or nineteen, whilst the reflective satire and nature-vs-nurture exploration draws in audiences of the socially philosophical kind.
Plus, Dan Aykroyd and Eddie Murphy, man.
