Review of Toys (1992) by Keshia C — 09 Dec 2009

I'm probably one of the few people who actually likes this movie. I like it for how goofy and original it is. Critics beg for originality but when they get it from films like Toys....they rip the film apart.

The effects and the look of the film steal the show. But there's nothing wrong with the performances. Michael Gambon (Harry Potter 3-6) is good as a war nut that finds himself in charge of a toy factory.

While Joan Cusack is perfectly goofy as Williams' sister who's basically a big kid.
