It's inventive, and the film certainly deserves credit for holding a relevant message. It's no surprise that Williams fit perfectly into this role, and all of his gimicky, over the top wittiness is there in full glory.

Every once in a while though, Williams makes one of those films that is off the straight and narrow (can anyone say Death To Smoochy), and this is one of those films. Beyond it's colorful and fun persona is a certain spirit and flare that helps make this one unique among the masses.

While it's certainly not a great film, it's rant against the loss of childhood innocence in our marketable culture is admirable, making this more then just a strangely weird, out in left field comedy,.
