How this has 100%, the world may never know. This movie is the worst out of the Toy Story franchise and is not by any means a masterpiece. The animation is sloppy, even for it's time, the story is bland and doesn't really interest me (oh no, Woody's arm got ripped.
Big deal). I'm a huge fan of the first and third... but not this.
