It may not be perfect... it may be abso-fucking-lutely ridiculous... but it is funny where it needs to be and makes sense where it should. That is all that matters. Not to mention, the desperation that people will go to when backed into a corner, that is spot-on.
That is what made me keep watching; because I could say, if someone pissed me off that badly and things in life went that horribly wrong - I'd do it too.
