A great cast with a mediocre film. Although this film is not bad, and it certainly has enjoyable moments. It suffers from a few things. 1. This film under used Eddie Murphy, which is a shame because he can be extremely funny when he is in his element, and this film seem like a good role for him to be in his element.
2. This went from a simple film about a Heist, to a wildly over complicated film that somehow ended up with getting a car out of building, and although they FBI had zero evidence Ben Stiller still got arrested.
3. Gold weighs a lot, 4. How is their no record of having a car made completely out of gold. That all being said it looked like the actors had fun making this film, and I guess you can just go for the ride and find this film to being enjoyable.
Overall a good film to kill some time, but not one you must go out and see.
