I'm starting to notice a trend for movies made up of random misfit and retired aging actors. This is the police acadamy of tower thefts. Pretty ridiculous but harmless and watchable enough. The jokes were random.

I felt situations became distorted so the director could squeeze a particular joke he wanted included. The jokes were pretty crappy, but it was ok and probably what I expected.
