Review of Tower Heist (2011) by Todd S — 26 Jul 2012

It has all of the right pieces to be a good heist movie; they're just not put together correctly. The setup was almost good, but just a tad bit ridiculous. The pacing was close to what it should have been, but still a little slow.

There was a good set of characters, but only Stiller, Murphy and Sidibe really stood out. Everybody else felt like "padding," so to say. Those flaws aside, the humor (especially from Eddie Murphy), and overall fun made Tower Heist a very entertaining movie.
