Review of Towelhead (2008) by Lavinia W — 12 Feb 2009
It didn't take long for me to become immersed in the cruel suburban world presented so brutally honestly in the story. It's not easy to watch, but that said it's not something you will forget quickly and for me that holds real value.
I can't imagine this being shown in America which is a sad reflection of the bill hicks style censorship so prevalent in the states. Reminds me of the classic " welcome to the doll house".
See the film, then come back to this page and laugh at the poor gimps who said it was "Racist".
