Review of Touching the Void (2003) by Matt O — 20 Feb 2008
A true white knuckle film that readily puts the viewer into the heart and exhaustive terror of a mountaineering adventure gone wrong. What distinguishes this survival story from unrealistic ones in the past is that it has true human narrative, high drama, an understated style and absolute authenticity.
