Review of Touching the Void (2003) by Shakhawat H — 27 Nov 2009
A good picture about two mountain climbers in the Andes who have a string of bad luck when it comes to the climb (and moreso the descent). It is a strange film in that it is kind of a documentary but also at the same time it is also a film (actors recreate the experience while the real climbers narrate and tell how the experience changed them).
Definately worth seeing if nothing else for amazing photography.
