What a confusing mess. The story line, the world, how it was physically built, how it functioned, there were too many layers of buildings, roads, and water to process how it was a product of the past and present storyline.
Relationships were a mess, and hard to believe. I couldn't follow the problem and how the two opposing men were trying to reach their ends, poorly developed.
