Doesn't hold a candle to the original, which was so full of original ideas that could be exploited here. Sure, it looks fantastic, but it's just dry and boring. It's missing the camp that I loved so much about the original.
You know you're in trouble as a moviegoer when you first check your watch at about 45 minutes in.
